By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

To access the full features of the 37 Jili Platform, you must create a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

37 Jili offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 37 Jili reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• 37 Jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

All games available on the 37 Jili Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. The following general gameplay rules apply across all games:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. 37 Jili does not accept cancellation of bets after they have been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during gameplay, 37 Jili reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. Winnings generated as a result of a technical error are not valid and will not be paid.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or security measures.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.

• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward 37 Jili staff or other players.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.

37 Jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

37 Jili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

37 Jili reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity. Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
